Daniel Rudoy is a prominent figure in South Florida's real estate and legal landscape, renowned for his expertise and leadership in title services and law. As the founder of Southeastern Title Company and founder of The Real Estate Law Firm, Daniel brings over two decades of experience and a deep understanding of real estate transactions and complex title matters.
Daniel is the son of immigrant parents who sought refuge in the United States, a journey that instilled in him a profound appreciation for opportunity and hard work. A resident of South Florida since 1994, Daniel pursued his education at Florida International University, Nova Southeastern University, and earned his Juris Doctor from St. Thomas University School of Law in Miami. His extensive career in the title industry spans thousands of successful residential and commercial closings across Florida, where he has navigated complex title matters with precision.
Daniel's legal practice at The Real Estate Law Firm encompasses a broad spectrum of services including Real Estate, HOA/Condo, Business, and Lender Representation. He is distinguished for his representation of buyers, sellers, developers, and lenders in intricate real estate transactions and disputes.
Beyond his professional commitments, Daniel enjoys traveling and has a passion for sports, particularly tennis and volleyball. He is dedicated to education within the industry, regularly conducting seminars on topics ranging from real estate contracts and leases to FIRPTA regulations and association matters. His fluency in English and Russian allows him to serve a diverse clientele in South Florida.
Daniel is admitted to practice in the State of Florida, the United States Court of Appeals of the Eleventh Circuit, the Southern District Court of Florida, and the United States Supreme Court, reflecting his commitment to excellence and professionalism.
Prior to founding the Real Estate Law Firm. Daniel was the founding partner of AR Law Group PLLC, focusing on Real Estate matters.
Outside of work and his interests in sports and travel, Daniel resides in Hollywood, Florida, with his wife, three children, and two dogs, enjoying family life in the vibrant South Florida community.
